At Steegle, we understand the importance of a fast and seamless implementation process for your intranet solution. We offer two main types of implementation for our Steegle.One Intranet Solution, ensuring that it is tailored to your organization’s needs:

• Standard Implementation 

  • 1-3 hours required in total including training:

  • Perfect for clients just needing our tools

  • Note: Requires one hour of support from a Google Super Admin

• Custom Design Services (2-9 weeks):

  • For clients seeking an end-to-end custom design solution

  • Accelerated catalyst process for quick results where we give you all the pages and your can eliminate or amend pages surplus to requirements
    

Custom Design Services Process:

Week 0:

• Kick-off Meeting helps introduce all teams at the client and at Steegle.

• Install Steegle.One toolset to enable the tools to be bedded down and tested early on (this will include Steegle People, Steegle News, Steegle Schedule etc)

Week 1:

• Create a Google Sites template based on your design brand guidelines or public website presence

• Develop a pre-alpha site with templates for news pages, department pages, handbook pages, suggestion box, employee resource groups, organization charts, people profile pages, blogs, etc.

Week 2 and Beyond:

• Iterate the site based on client feedback using a Job Control Sheet

• Train key stakeholders on how to use Google Sites

• Clients can choose to populate the site themselves or provide us with documents to create handbooks and other information on-site

Final Steps (typically week 4):

• Copy the site to the client’s domain and embed their versions of the tools

• Turn the site into a beta version for internal testing

• Hide any unnecessary pages, ready to use when need (these can be delayed by the client team as required months or years later)
